Bellini Cheese Cellar

We store up to fifty Ticino Alp cheeses in our Bellini Cantina del Formaggio. We are proud to be able to store cheese from the Piora, Robiei, Fieud, Manegorio and Pontino Alps.

The basement has an automatic humidity system and controlled temperature. You can look at the alp cheeses through the small window in the cellar door.
