• Support and installation by our house technician (the first 10 minutes free)
• 1 LCD projector with wireless presenter and laser pointer
• 1 screen
• 1 flipchart with four colored pens
• 1 paper covered pinboard 
• 1 moderator case
• 1 seminar telephone for internal communication
• 1 notebook and stationary for each participant
• Mineral water in the plenum
• Coffee break morning and afternoon
• Lunch excl. beverages
